The book is not the issue, the facility to read is the main issue. We barely have 1 library in each LGA even in a "mega city" like Lagos...

We have a long way to go.

Not a bad idea at all. If it doesn't survive on the street, it could be around campus's gates, public offices, filling stations..... massive availability, e go make sense.
WAO, good idea here, but I still doubt that all the books will not be looted and nobody will think of putting any book back!
I will consider doing this, as an experiment.

The book is not the issue, the facility to read is the main issue. We barely have 1 library in each LGA even in a "mega city" like Lagos...
