Just got a piece of land and want to build a 2 bedroom flat and one store, no fancy designs, just the common building u see around with moderate finishing.

Pls I need help with cost estimate that will cover the whole building, numbers of blocks, etc
NB: I have plans of supervising my self cos Engineers are charging too much here.
