Anambra state was recently declared an oil and gas producing state. This followed the huge commercial deposits of hydrocarbons and gas in the state.

As a follow up the president Buhari has listed Anambra as an oil producing state, this was stated in the letter addressed to the governor of ABA state, Dr Willie Obiano.

This is a video coverage of one the many oil wells in Anambra state.

This is a very big win for Anambra sons and Daughters, aside of massive recruitment of workers, now Anambarians who studies Oil and Gas with other related oil ans gas corses will have confidence in securing their dream jobs without state discrimination.
