Job Title: Office Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Our Client a Clothing company is looking to hire an Office manager who will be responsible for the general operation of its business, both online and onsite.

Responsibilities
1. Overseeing general office operation
2. Managing online store.
3. Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules
4. Purchasing office supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
5. Manage relationships with vendors, customers, etc and and managing all payments.
6. Develop office and business policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
7. Manage office budget

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in Office Administration
3. Office management experience
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills
5. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
6. Attention to detail and problem solving skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Expectation: 120,000 - 150,000
