This thread would follow harneyprojects ( www.harneyprojects.com ) as it attempts to set up an industry that would produce sancrete hollow blocks and stabilised earth bricks in Abuja.

The first step was obtaining a production location. Every business must be sighted close to a its market or source of raw materials as dictated in Economics 101.
A site was found in Kubwa close to a river that would seeve as a source of water.
A production site was leased for 6 months for a relatively fair amount.

Next step was obtaining a storage space for cement and other working equipment.
The space would also the security and serve as an office.
The choice was between buying a berger container or building store with zince and wood.
We went in the direction if building a store as a cost saving alternative but buying a container would still ve necessary in the future.
