When you get TripAdvisor reviews, you can’t expect them all to be positive. Negative reviews are inevitable.
When guests are unsatisfied, they are likely to go to you first before writing a negative review on TripAdvisor. In case a customer complains, make sure they know that you will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible or provide an alternative. It is better to resolve the problem quickly, then and there, rather than have the customer vent anonymously on review sites.
