Not arguing for it. I am telling you it is going to happen under APC 100% because of what was agreed ate the inception of APC that saw the SW devote all in it's power to make the "unelectable" Buhari President. Power is rotating between North and south in the APC. Igbos should turn up and compete for the ticket with the SW and SS.
