Could there be any genuine reason why someone intentionally or unintentionally steal electricity?
1: There is nothing like government money.
2: Per 1 watt of electricity stolen, have such person realize that they are stealing from the operators, honest tax paying business men and women, hard working civil servants whose taxes are deducted at source, such one also steal from themselves.
Are their genuine reasons to steal electricity?
