They should use Ebubeagu security outfit to enforce the law. Yoruba governors use Amotekun to enforce their own anti open grazing law.

It's only Ebonyi state that has Ebubeagu. I don't know why the rest of SE governors refused to create Ebubeagu as they agreed.

The funniest thing about those Fulani Herdsmen who are on the move across the country is that they don't sell or eat the cattle. The cattle is not for business rather for spiritual purposes. If anyone ever told me that there will be any SE government that will wait this long to enact the anti grazing law, I would've not believed it.
