I once bought a minced pie at passport office in Festsac only to find garnished efo riro and egusi inside! It was really crazy. From that day I ran away from everything called pie " minced or meat or fish or vegetable".

They used it to season the stuffing for the pie. That's bay leaf,it has a unique aroma and flavoring too.

It was likely an error the leaf got in, albeit an expensive error,but it is what it is,just an error cos I can see the stuffings in the meat pie.
