Please, any idea who's experienced or obtained PROOF OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LETTER, from UNIZIK - Nnamdi Azikiwe University? I know it is processed online via UNIZIK Records & Transcript Portal (https://records.unizik.edu.ng/) and I have seen that they are charging about NGN 31,500 for it.

Has anyone received the document (LETTER) to their own personal address in Nigeria here?

Because having the letter allows you to always send scanned copies to foreign schools when doing your application and when you are offered admission, you can then submit the original for sighting.
