what if I buy the car and the gear box gives me issues(which i pray not) will u fix the gear and is there any documentation in place for the 30days warranty?

Yes I would . Although the car is in good shape and I don't for see such an issue.

As far as document, I can have my attorney draft a warranty document. That would cover the car although negligent acts will be excluded. Also i would expect you to have the car extensively inspected before buying.
