Clubs will continue their Premier League journeys this weekend. The most anticipated game being Tottenham versus Chelsea at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Chelsea is favorites to win this game, and here are three reasons why the Blues fans should not be bothered about Spurs' starman Harry Kane:

1. His Form So Far
After Manchester City couldn't complete a transfer for Kane in the summer transfer window, the England captain has failed to impress since rejoining his teammates in training. He has played three league games this season with two yellow cards.

Kane has played in five games for Spurs since resuming training and has only scored two goals. Both goals were against minnows Pacos Ferreira in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers. His four other games were against Wolves, Watford, Crystal Palace, and Stade Rennais.

2. His Record Against Chelsea
Kane has recorded six goals and two assists in 16 appearances for Spurs against Chelsea. 12 of those 16 games have been in the Premier League, with four goals and two assists recorded. That may look like an averagely impressive output, but it isn't.

The last time Kane scored against Chelsea in the league was in 2018. He has completed three full 90 minutes since then and has not scored or assisted any goal. Kane's most impressive performance against Chelsea was in 2015 when he scored two goals and assisted two others in a 5 - 3 home win.

3. A Weak Tottenham Team
Chelsea will be playing against a toothless Spurs team as several of Nuno Espirito Santo's first-team players are out injured, suspended, or unavailable for selection.

Heung-Min Son, Eric Dier, Davinson Sanchez, Steven Bergwijn, Japhet Tanganga, Lucas Moura, Giovani Lo Celso, Cristian Romero, and Ryan Sessegnon are all possible absentees from the fixture against Chelsea.
