You dey mind dem?

A court is already asking striking doctors to resume. No be outside (FG) influence be dat?

This VAT is very clear. The constitution does not allow federal government interference in revenue generation in states.

FIRS has approached NASS to put VAT in exclusive list. The court may collabo with NASS to spoil this case.

VAT that will make weak states sit up and develop strong states the more and make Nigeria better fa. But the north nor go gree.

You mean the Supreme Cult of Nigeria? Remember this court handed victory to a fourth place candidate in the Imo 2019 Elections. This is a Northerner-centric Buhari stamped cult.

We the sane and sound Nigerians, we don't believe you

Because even the Populace are wiser now that nobody is interested in going to Courts to settle matters again! So many Cases are pilliing up in National Industrial Courts, Appeal Court because Judges are more ready to give judgement on States and Federal matters while Poor people cases are in the cooler!
Many of these cases are technical which a Judge should have discern but are just too frustrating- 9,10 and 11 years cases outstanding in our Courts, why, why and why?
Delay is denial and what is good for the goose is good for gander. That is Fair Trial!
A case where Staff Disciplinary Committee- should seat but they failed to do so because the law enforcer of the company armtwisted them and is well articulated in the Company's Rules that ALL Staff should appear and have been doing so but is now omitted, yet a Judge saw that looked the other-way and her attention was drawn into it,yet she gave judgement!
This is Nigeria!

Exactly, as there was an external influence when he imposed Duo Diri on the good people of Bayelsa state because of an alleged infraction by the running mate of the winner (Lyon) who actually won with more than 65% of the votes cast.

Instead of you wailers to cry over this miscarriage of justice, you're ranting because the votes illegally cancelled in an election were restored and a winner was declared.

Tell me in all honesty, which of the two cases above is more pathetic

Illiterates who write without thinking.

Nor be only the Supreme Court is independent. The Nigeria judiciary system in Nigeria has turned to the hand bag of the executive arm of government.

In his absence, Mary Odili, the No 2 in the supreme court hierarchy and former first lady of Rivers state, will appoint the members of the panel.

With the above, the Supreme Court judgment will go in favour of the state as Wike is the arrow head of the case.

Both of you are too blinded by your political affliction and hypocritical in your post.

Among Zamfara, Bayelsa and Imo state, Imo state judgement was the most democratic in the sense that it took cognisance of the overall recorded votes casted. INEC through her returning officers by themselves, unilateral cancelled valid RECORDED casted votes because by their own assumptions/believe, the cancelled votes were corruptly recorded as casted votes. Supreme Court ruled that INEC or any of her representatives are not empowered by any recognised law to cancel validly announced and recorded votes from the polling units. It argued that they erred in canceling the APC VOTES in the affected polling units while other parties votes for the same units were counted. INEC and PDP had the opportunity to present evidences and proof that those cancelled votes for APC were actually not casted by voters but illegally added before/after announcement when recording on the prescribed form. Both INEC and PDP did not even make attempt to proof the alleged irregularities, so there was no issue as to whether they failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt that those votes were illegally added as casted votes. Therefore, in the absence of evidence showing that the recorded votes as contained in INEC prescribed form, which was available to all parties were illegally recorded as votes casted, the supreme Court added the wrongly cancelled votes (that may actually have been illegally obtained) and declared the candidate with highest votes the winner according to prevailing Electoral law.

But in case of Zamfara and Bayelsa, the will of of the people through the casted votes were overturned because of the party and candidate misdeeds respectively, without giving the electorate a second chance to re-elect another candidates to rule them as their preferred candidates/party were disqualified.
