Often the Igbos will be shouting "betrayal" or "they don't like us" meanwhile these are the same people who will go and draw a map claiming many other non Igbo states are Biafra without consulting with the majority of the people of those states, just probably because a few people here and there from those states paid compliments to Biafra, they claim those people have become Biafrans!

That someone is sympathetic towards a cause does not mean that person want to automatically become Biafra or fight to achieve Biafra. That you say nice things about a woman you feel is a good person, imagine your reaction if that woman or man now turn around to claim you must marry them just because you paid them a few compliment and you have nothing against their progress as long as they count you out of their family picture.

Those states that the Igbos have added to map of Biafra, I can tell you that if the name of Biafra was cocoyam and you put it inside their hearts, their vex alone that somebody is calling them biafran will cook the cocoyam.
This does not mean they hate Biafra for Igbos alone or that they hate Igbos, it simple means they can wish the Igbo well from afar but they hate to be referred to as Igbo or they just don't want to be biafra.

What baffles me is why the Igbos find this very simple truth difficult to accept or understand. It is the inability of the Igbo man to accept this and instead claim people hate them that makes other tribes to now see Biafra agitation as fraud/scam/yahoo yahoo, because if it was genuine why don't the Igbo people fight for such enjoyment for their own Igbo states why are they trying to emotionally blackmail/insult /curse/jazz/ force or bamboozle other tribes to join Biafra. Its not normal!

Igbos pity yourselves, there is already enough problems in Nigeria to solve, why would you be intentionally generating special hatred for yourselves amongst other tribes by calling them Biafrans?

Don't ask me why other tribes prefer to be with fulani than to follow Biafra, it's not your business, it's their freedom of choice, a woman or man may choose to be in a relationship with someone you feel you are better than, but it's their choice! They owe you no explanation! Even if maybe they are seeing something in you that you don't see or don't want to admit or work on and what they see in the other person is less problematic to them than what they see in you/ or what you would display if they go with you.

So Igbos until you leave the other tribes alone and go and get your Biafra for yourselves, I don't really think you will cease to shout 'betrayal' 'sabotage' 'Nigeria hàte the Igbo man' etc...
