Happiness is gained when your heart is merry and u are in the midst of folks and friends relaxing well. Does it mean that we can catch our fun in 'JOINTS' as christians knowing that some areas are not worth it due to your faith? What is the parameter that one should use in choosing where to go or where to be found at any given time knowing that we are surrounded with an innumerable cloud of witnesses?

No. A true christian must never leave the perimeters of his or her bible pages. That is the only place his/her lord god commanded him/her to exist. Anywhere else would mean damnation and hellfire.

As regards, going to joints, the question is would Christ have gone there if he were to be on earth?  If Christ were to be walking with you, will you be found in such a place?  If someone you are witnessing to sees you in such a place, will it make them to give their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ?
But take heed lest by any means this liberty of your's become a stumblingblock to them that are weak (1 Cor 8:9-13).

Is it your heart or the Spirit of God that leads or permits you? As many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the Sons of God. So if you go there for pleasure something could be wrong along the way e.g a night club,pub,strip joints etc as the case maybe. We then need to know that if you lay with the dogs , u will rise with fleas.

Whenever you have to go there , u must ask yourself if you are led by God's Spirit to be there? There is nothing wrong when you are led to go to preached to them(this actually needs your proper preparation cause you could be witnessed to by their 'message'.

Well said, that means it depends on the leading of the Spirit of God in a the life of a willing Christian to be in areas such as that. Many also do not follow or have not trained their innerman well enough to follow His leading. Some hear Him as a feeling, some have trained themselves enough. Whatever the case, you need to depend on God; remember, The footsteps of the righteous are ordered together by God.

Even if God sends you you must still be careful and cleanse oneselves by thru prayer and by the washing of the water of the Word of God.
