Buhari contested thrice and cried like a lost toddler before Tinubu supported him in 2015 and he won. Mind you, Tinubu tacitly supported GEJ in 2011 before GEJ won.
In 2011, Buhari won in the entire North and still lost to GEJ. That was when he reached out to Tinubu and Tinubu made him President.
Before Tinubu made Buhari President, Buhari had always been getting his 12M votes from the North, steady. But the 12M couldn't make him become President.
With Buhari not contesting, the 12M votes are up for grabs.

The only person that can stop the SW from winning 2023 is GEJ. Other than that, forget it. The North will not get the Presidency. You will just get the carcass of Apc and PDP.
