The surge in violence, crime and insecurity in nigeria is caused by ineffective leadership of Buhari. He thought he could use force to settle southern issues and conciliate on northern malice both of which he has failed woefully. Nigerians should not be surprised he has nothing to offer, his antecedents speaks volumes. Besides what magic do you expect to see from a man who present a weac news paper cutting as his highest certificate? The only thing he really thinks of is cow and Niger republic, all other things are not of high priority. No wonder he lamented that he was handicapped by democracy. Hmmmm. I hope you are right the Buhari that we have now is a desperate man, and can do anything to scuttle 2023 or bring his kin to continue the carade. But as you said 2023 will define Nigeria for sure. May God spare our lives to witness this man's ingnoble end. Amen
