Currently APC has spread wild , penetrated Bayelsa, Edo(courtesy of Obaseki failure), Imo, Ebinyi, Cross river. APC only need 30% there. These are Governor's who can Il influence the election not senator . Don't underestimate Governor's guy. Umahi, Cross river, Hope and co will be gunning for Ministerial position, so they already have a bargaining power to deliver Their state either by crook or anyhow.(30% is enough).

Now that Buhari won't be on the ballot, it will be a different ball game.

North will prefer North/SE ticket than SW/North ticket.

Igbos won't support Tinubu if an Igbo son is running for V.P but for equity and fairness, Power should go to SouthEast because OBJ had taken the turn of SouthWest and GEJ that of SouthSouth.

I honestly believe that Tinubu is more influential by all factors. You can't over estimate the power Yoruba people have in Nigerian politics. Look at Fani-Kayode, despite the rotten statements he made about Buhari and APC, he is still very valuable.
Atiku went to Dubai for many months after loosing the election, no one thought it wise to visit him. Tinubu is currently in London, but it's a thing to go snap picture with him. Let that sink in.
