That's monkey pox....quickly go and see a doctor .....might be referred to a teaching or general hospital....be fast....

Monkeypox
In humans, the symptoms of monkeypox are similar to but milder than the symptoms of smallpox. Monkeypox begins with fever, headache, muscle aches, and exhaustion. The main difference between symptoms of smallpox and monkeypox is that monkeypox causes lymph nodes to swell (lymphadenopathy) while smallpox does not. The incubation period (time from infection to symptoms) for monkeypox is usually 7−14 days but can range from 5−21 days.

The illness begins with:

Fever
Headache
Muscle aches
Backache
Swollen lymph nodes
Chills
Exhaustion
Within 1 to 3 days (sometimes longer) after the appearance of fever, the patient develops a rash, often beginning on the face then spreading to other parts of the body.

Lesions progress through the following stages before falling off:

Macules
Papules
Vesicles
Pustules
Scabs
The illness typically lasts for 2−4 weeks. In Africa, monkeypox has been shown to cause death in as many as 1 in 10 persons who contract the disease.

May be skin reaction either to her towel or her cream. Tell her to get a new towel just for her face alone, then to stop using her cream on her face for sometime. If there is no difference she should visit the nearest pharmacy for better examination.

I had mine on my chest when I used Nivea for black people. When I stopped it went away. Sometimes it comes as ezecma.

There's nothing disturbing about this. It's acne vulgaris, the condition of which even appears mild.

All I can say is, at a point in your life as a woman, face and skin care has to be a thing. Your lucky days are over and you have to put in effort to stay in shape and keep skin problems like this at bay.

Introducing a simple face wash and mask would go a long way got starters.

Re: Nlanders In Field Of Health I Need Help Urgently by Tspot(m): 3:55pm On Sep 22
That is smallpox or chickenpox I contracted it in 2015,it wasn't caused by dirty water as the chemist said.It will soon start appearing on other parts of her body.
She should fire it with vitamin C 1,000mg then bath with very hot water often to kill it off the skin and reduce the itch .Viruses can't stand heat, the heat will prevent her skin from getting scars. It won't let the rashes last on the skin.I took vitamin c daily for more than a month. She should take a little vitamin A as well but be very careful about this one because if taken in excess it becomes bad.,she shouldn't take the Vitamin A low dose for not more than a week. The illness can really scar the skin, she needs her face for shakara. She is a female she should act fast.
Good luck!

I had such breakout back then in school..tried practically everything everyone told me to,both why I read online until I came across what worked for me and it hasn't come back again.Tell her to buy lime...a handful will do..when she wants to sleep at night, after bathing, she should cut the lime into 2 then use one and rub her face..everywhere the pimples appear then sleep with it over night..she should avoid any cream during this period and surely she'll testify..she should do this as often as she can if she's not going out during the day,she can also do it.

I'm this idiot's number 1 customer and I currently use baby soap too because it reacts to any family/adult soap especially medicated soaps or soaps that "kill 99.9% of germs".

After a break out like this for me, when bathing I open up the pores of my face very very well by washing it with baby soap and sponge severally. This enables the toxin to leave the skin totally. And I leave the skin to breathe by not applying cream on it for some days.

Then I take antihistamine (prednisolone) until it clears off
