Hassan Bala, a 25-year-old has been sentenced to a 2-year term in prison for allegedly referring to policemen as thieves. Hassan’s sentence was stated after he was convicted by a Yola Criminal Area 2 on Tuesday 21st of September,2021. Hassan Bala was charged with the possession of an illegal substance which was suspected to be Indian hemp after he was arrested on Monday, 19th of September, in Yola.
