Job Summary

We are a Clothing and Branding Company located at Yaba, we are looking to hire a capable customer-oriented service sales representative to make sales online, process orders, retain old and new customers etc.

Job Description:

Source new clients online and ensure sales of products.

Plan, strategize and develop customer service and sales strategies.

Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Tracks sales data and work to meet the target or sales goals monthly/quarterly.

Manage and maintain business relationships with Customers.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of an OND

1-year experience of Customer Service and Sales Experience.

The preferred age range for this position is between 22 - 30 years

Excellent Communication, Collaboration, Team building skills.

Business Savvy and Customer Service Skills.

Can excellently communicate in written and spoken English.

Creative mind.

Basic Computer Literacy

Good documentation skills

Ability to work under pressure

Persistence in the face of difficulty.

Honest and courteous.

Basic Salary of NGN 40,000. 

Salary is NGN 55,000 when certain targets are met.
