we're not using the stone coated roofing sheets material but the normal Allumium long span roofing sheets for roofing.

Do you know that presently, a sqm of this sheet, is 2,800 naira for 0.45 gauge of long span sheets ?

So that 918k is not feasible.

Of course I know.

For a standard duplex, the kingpost is always 15ft and above to peach very well.

Not a norms.. It's sorely dependent on the design and secondly the size of the building i.e the width

Pls, explain how you related iron bender workmanship to kg since iron rods are measured in lenght.

That's true.

However, no matter the width and design of any duplex, the height of the kingpost shouldn't be less than 15ft.

Otherwise, the beauty of the woodwork/final sheets cover will be lost and the building will appear like a makeshift structure. . .lolz!

Kudos on the costing above. Your estimates are relatively fair.

Thanks. It would have been nice if included the area of the roofing sheets and unit price. Also, the building location would need to be given cos in my opinion. The wood work alone would be close to the quoted sum.
