I don't know for all the other states...
But I must say this about the Anambra State Politics...
..
Anambra Politics is not won with popularity, or by long debates, and by speaking grammar..
Anambra Politics is won by serious Underground politicking and massive grassroots Orientation..

..
But then, if there are parties and candidates that are not doing serious underground and grassroot Politics as well as high-level sortings yet,, then, they should get ready to become the political watchdogs..
..
How Can They Become The Watchdogs?
They can become the watchdogs by employing adequate monitoring system during the election.

..
There used to be 4608 Polling-units in Anambra State in the past, But now, it had been increased to 5720 Polling-units.
There are 326 Wards-Collation-Centers in Anambra State.
There are 21 LGAs Collation-Centres. And then, there is one final State Collation-center..
..
That means, the parties should employ at least 6068 Agents, so that each of these venues can get one agent each whose sole function is to monitor the events and report promptly back to the Party’s Control Room with videos and photos...
These agents should be upright, and they should understand that they are there for a specific purpose.
They should be ready to pursue the course of the party..
These agents are supposed to be persons who are not ready to compromise their stands when given some paltry sums that may even be as low as N50,000...
(The Wards and LGAs Collation-Centres might even have up to 2 agents for best covering, because most of the manipulations in the calculations happen there).
All these agents should be trained on how to professionally capture events on camera without being noticed, so that they can capture any possible malpractices as they are happening, with the time and location of the Malpractice properly captured or named inside the captured videos.
(The malpractices are expected to happen, no doubts about that).
...
The agents at the Polling-units and at the Collation-centers must make sure to also get their own copies of the appropriate Results-Sheets, and then, they should snap same and send back to the Party’s Control room, (which should serve as your party's Control Collation Center for Cross-checking the INEC’s Official Results, and for gathering information for the Tribunals)
..
If Elections were cancelled in some Polling-units or Wards or LGAs, the sheets where the appropriate INEC officers indicated that the Elections were cancelled should also be collected by the appropriate party agents and also snapped and sent to the Party’s Control Room.
..
This is also for the purposes of Cross-checking and for the Tribunals.
..
LET THE TRUTH BE TOLD...
There would be massive vote-buying and multiple votings at the Polling-units, which would even be a decoy., just to divert the attention of the masses and the media..
The main Massive Multiple Thumb-printing and manipulation of figures would happen at some hidden illegal Collation Points which are totally different from the Main Accreditated Collation Points.
..
The results from the Main Accreditated Collation Points would end up not being used.
And in the end, the Results-Sheets from the fake Collation Points would be used.
And unfortunately, these fake Results-sheets would have some fake names and signatures of fake people who posed and pretended to be agents for all the contesting Parties.
..
But the evidences which these Watchdog Parties have in their possession would help them to prove their cases at the Tribunals.
..
The Watchdog Parties would be the ones to restore sanity to the state, and not actually the parties that won in the Election.

Apga, APC and ypp absented.

Most parties are Just looking for money to buy vote and haven't started aggressive campaigns yet even APC is paying people to defect and join them.

Anambra People should better vote for Dr Godwin Maduka, whi has a track record of doing more for his people from his own purse than another career politician.
If he is the one the Anambra indigenes want,
If he is the one that will better the lives of the indigenes of Anambra, ( if not, any good candidate that will bring progress and development to Anambra State is who we want @MANNA.
So shall it be.

All these sorts of recurring/recycled manifestoes won't help us in Nigeria, we need a long-term socio-economic development agenda.
Make your findings, no saner clime was ever developed with the short-term agenda due to its myopicity and with respect to the political instability attached.
Review the Mao Red Book of China, and also review the sustainable policy documents of the 4 Asian Tigers and the Asian Tiger Cubs...
They were once termed as underdeveloped nations, now they've gotten it right...
How?

Soludo or Maduka should be the best candidates for the top job, if you elect anything associated with Uba, the state should be ready to borrow like Buhari is doing, that man likes money like policemen on checkpoints.
