Around April, I had made my tech portfolio and decided to share it with people on this awesome site, luckily it got picked up by a nice moderator. I didn't expect it, I was prompted by one of my buddies on Nairaland, that I was featured on the Front page, I was like wow!, because it's not BBN or gossip kind of content.

The thread got seen by thousands of people in just hours. It's magic, some peeps even thought I paid the mod, LoL. I got a lot of offers from bosses here for gigs in which one of them led to the development of https://myturkeyapp.com/ (Turkey trading business app).

The bottomline is Social media is a magical tool, that allows for new things to be discovered, complex socials like Facebook, Instagram, twitter algorithm do not aid organic reach. It's left for you to choose your weapon that allows you to meet new cool people, opportunities, talents etc. For that I recommend linkedin, YouTube and our very own Nairaland .
