I noticed about 3 months ago that sometimes I feel like the left part of my body is feeling cold. I first took note of it through my left feet and I always feel it mostly midnight cos I don't usually sleep at night working or doing things online. Most times after not sleeping through the night I will only sleep for maybe 2 or less hours during the day but at night the following day I could sleep well in as much as light is not restored but if light is restored I might not sleep much. Lately I have taken note that the left part feels like a tingling numb feeling. I am fine physically as I still do walk a lot but I noticed that if I climb a steep place I feel a little bit faint after climbing just within minutes and then I am good to go.

If I may ask, which work are you doing that stops u from sleeping at night?
My advice is, if you drink much alcohol or hard drugs, I'll advice u stop totally.
Like my above poster said, might be HBP or low blood in Ur system.
