Bridges and flyovers in Lagos need special engineering designs that are totally differently from their peers in other parts of the world The volumes of vehicular traffics plying those bridges and flyovers are more than what they are designed for. 1 Like |

federal govt doing the work and everyone is happy, but when they talk about VAT some state will claim is their right,, Now ask yourselves where is this billions budgeted for this repair works coming from? From revenues derived from other poor oil producing states like delta , bayelsa, abia. Think of it this way, you have VAT but don't want to share but you have been benefiting from oil sales from poor states and subsidized food from other part of the country |

The Commissioner for Transportation, Dr. Frederic Oladeinde, who disclosed this in a statement issued on Tuesday, explained that the repairs will be done in phases for minimal inconvenience to motorists, adding that the Ijora-bound lane will be closed to vehicular movement during the first phase, while the Apapa-bound lane would be subsequently shut for the second phase.Rather late than never. A better Nigeria all around is all we want. God bless LAGOS State. God bless Nigeria. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Well done sanwo eko, this is good governance in action. A good government should always be proactive and nip problems in the bud before they get out of hand. |
