Paternity leave for public workers is very necessary, not only essential and beneficial for women alone but also men. There is this early bond that should coexist between a father and a child. Hence, paternity leave should be granted for men too. It also create closeness between the couples. More so, it serves as an avenue to assist the mother in doing some chores which we are very sure that she won't have the strength alone, to do all that is required for the child's growth.
