Absolutely not but it's advisable to go to a reputable store not just any 'big' store or retail outlet. When I wanted to get my phone I went to SLOT but just for fun, I went to some retail outlets and they offered a lesser price!

One of the store that offered a lesser price wanted to give me a phone that the pack was already opened and re-sealed but could only be noticed with good scrutiny. Most Nigerians would have jumped to the offer.

Only smart people can beat these 'smart' con men.
