Starter Bars

Starter bars are struts of steel rebar that are fixed into footings, slabs or walls in order to provide a reinforcement overlap, In this particular case, we are attaching our starter bar to the pad foundation footing. This serves as a monolithic structural connection between the foundation and columns

By standard, each apartment is supposed to have parking space that will accommodate 2 cars at least.

But in this case, we don’t have the luxury of that, because of the land size.

you rather collect rent from the tenants than give them comfort, and you had the guts to post this on property section as a form of advertising. This is beyond wickedness and you should be ashamed to not advice your client against it!
