An Edu-Tech Start up firm located in Ikeja is currently sourcing for a suitable candidate to fill the role of a COO (Chief Operation officer).

*Job Description*

1.Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures.

2. Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

3.Establishing policies that promote company's culture and vision.

4.Overseing daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

5.Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

6.Writing and submiting reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.

7. Managing relationships with partners/vendors.

*Requirements*

Proven experience in a Managerial role.

Understanding of business functions such as Tech, Digital marketing etc.

Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

Experience in fundraising will be a plus

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus

Digital Marketing skill is a must.

Male preferably and must be below 30 years.

Candidate must live within Ikeja, iyana-Ipaja, Agege. Candidates outside this terrain will not be considered.
