Hello, pls I need your helps. My laptop window 7 on automatic whenever I inserted charger and it does not charge. Pls what may be the problems and how can I solve it? Thank u. |

Check the power option. There may a setting to start on charge Also ensure u shut down and try plugging the charger to see if it comes on |

Yes it shown charging light when its shutdown, but won't never charge the battery. About the power option, I use "save power option " |

It may be your battery. Test with another battery before buying a new one |
