I don't understand how it's brand new, sealed and still has games inside. Like did Sony pre-install those games? Forgive my ignorance, I just need to clarify

Yeah, there's no way it's brand new if it has games pre-installed, Astrobot is the only game that comes pre-installed on the PS5 and that's because it's basically a tech demo.
