Please has anyone an idea of worthy/cost effective schools in Dubai offering postgrad studies in Communications?

Also, on recent visits to Dubai, I noticed most africans either hustle on the streets or work meagre jobs as security, store sales person or cargo agents. Is it possible to get a legitimate job here, or the factor in this context is Arab favoritism and racial discrimination?

I'm quite interested and determined to find a good paying job in the middle east, but need to know the possibilities and/or tendencies of my getting a worthwhile one. A few Africans I asked said they know a few others who do corporate jobs, however- likely that the criteria is getting a degree from one of their universities

Anyone with opinion or experience, kindly advise
