While WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram were experiencing difficulties I got a debit alert from my access bank account

I have tried to think if I used my card on any site but the only platform I use my card is on the 3 aforementioned. I checked the description and saw the biller as Seerbit Lagos. Truth is this is my first time of seeing that company name.

I don’t know what to do cos 2,000 naira is big money under Buhari regime o!!!

Someone said maybe the hackers that hacked Facebook and others were responsible for selling users bank details to Nigerian scammers. Did anyone else experience unexpected debit?

How will they just deduct your money just like that from your social media without any trace of your bank details, that's not possible o.

Dear all from today restrain from using pos for any transaction they re stealing your details and it's not safe.

Access bank always debit my girlfriend whenever money enters or leaves her account. We contacted them and they said it’s CBN instruction. The funny thing is that she is using a saving account and not a current account

This is serious.

Send them an email with cpd@cbn.gov.ng in copy. It'll help hasten the process of getting a reversal.
I was also debited of 4400 yesterday but my money has since been reversed.

It's not only access bank. Even eco bank did it to me last week Saturday. My account balance is negative -5071. I didn't carry out any transaction. I will ensure no money enter that account again. No be me send bubu to go collect loan. Nigerians don enter one chance.
