Agricultural entrepreneurs are those entrepreneurs who undertake agricultural activities as raising and marketing of crops, fertilizers and other inputs of agriculture.
They are motivated to raise agriculture through mechanization, irrigation and application of technologies for dry land agriculture products. They cover a broad spectrum of the agricultural sector and include its allied occupations.
A Traditional farmer focuses only on subsistence farming whereby he is solely concern about taking care of his immediate family need without any surplus for business whereas an Agricpreneur focuses on setting up a Business System as such they can live a life of comfort and luxury. Agricultural entrepreneurs are owner-managers of agricultural businesses
