What’s Your Favourite Oil To Use For Cooking? by Probz(m): 7:17am On Oct 06, 2021
And by that I mean your go-to oils for non-soup/ofe dishes (i.e., stews/jollof rice, meat pie, etc.). Is it the standard groundnut oil or do you use more characteristically neutral vegetable oils (e.g., canola, sunflower)?
