7) Constant Whining and Complaining

First of all, whining accident to Google in dictionary.com is a
verb (used without object), whined, whin·ing. to utter a low, usually nasal, complaining cry or sound, as from uneasiness, discontent, peevishness, etc. Fir example: The puppies were whining from hunger.
Kids whine because:
�they want to be seen, heard and valued.
� when emotionally, they need help to stay calm. When they want to just be the babies/little kids they are.
� when they feel that they don't get/have enough of your attention and care.

Nearly all children whine and complain to their parents for the smallest of things.

Solution

Considering the reasons listed above, it's best to talk with the child the moment you hear him/her complain and offer a solution quickly. As you educate him/her in communicating his issues the right way instead of whining all the time, little by little, you begin to notice a change. Let the child know that he/she can is able and smart enough to independently resolve certain problems.

It starts from the mind!
Your child needs to know and believe that he or she can even though it might not be easy. Illustrate these in form of a captivating/funny story.
