Please share information on how you were able to contact the Nigeria Federal Scholarship Board - a national nominating agency to the commonwealth scholarship commission and how you obtained information on their selection process, specific advice and rules for applying, their own eligibility criteria, and their own closing date for applications.

They do not have any information about commonwealth on their website: https://education.gov.ng/fsb/commonwealth-awards/
