By "treated" they mean managed not as in "cure". Even a conspiracy mumu like you should know that there is currently no cure for covid. There are anecdotal evidence that chloroquine has some effect, which is why Trump was so.much for it. But it doesn't stand up under double blind controlled scientific testing.
