Whether you have acne or dry and flaky skin, sea salt can come to your rescue. Here’s how...
Who needs those chemical-laden cosmetics, when a pinch of sea salt can do wonders to your skin?

Do you know your skin cries for help, when you slather on those chemical-laden cosmetics? There’s no denying that your skin needs TLC from time to time, but how about going natural? Ladies, it’s time to try another kitchen staple for beautiful skin, and this time it’s sea salt(the unprocessed directly from the ocean)

Believe it or not, sea salt is loaded with minerals and nutrients that your skin is otherwise deprived of. What’s more, there’s also magnesium, calcium, sodium and potassium in sea salt that enhances the texture of your skin, and keeps it hydrated.

And if you thought that was all, then there are several other benefits that sea salt offers. If you’re someone who struggles with large pores, acne, or dead skin, then sea salt is definitely the cure! It has antibacterial properties that help to cleanse your skin.

Although we know sea salt offers several benefits, how can we best use it to get glowing skin? That’s what we are here for.

1. SEA SALT AND HONEY SCRUB:
Haven’t we all suffered from dead skin and tan, no matter the skin type? To get rid of it, use sea salt. In case you also suffer from dry skin, add honey for some nourishment.

Here’s how you can make it: In a bowl, take a tablespoon of organic honey, a teaspoon of sea salt, 5 to 6 drops of lime, and mix all the ingredients well. Apply it on your face and massage gently with your fingertips for about 5-10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

2. SEA SALT AND OIL SCRUB:
This one is specifically for those who have pale and flaky skin. Sea salt is loaded with sodium, which means it’s great for skin hydration. Mix sea salt with oil to moisturise your skin, and enhance its glow.

Here’s how you can make it: Take a bowl, add one teaspoon of sea salt, one teaspoon of olive, and one teaspoon of coconut oil. Mix them well and gently scrub it on your skin for 5 minutes. Then, rinse it with a face wash to remove extra oil.

3. SEA SALT AND MIST:
If you suffer from puffy eyes and tired skin, then sea salt will be your best friend. Do you know sea salt can be added to your bath to stimulate blood circulation and relax your nerves? It works the same for your skin.

PREPARATION:

Here’s how you can make it: Take 100 ml of warm water, and add a tablespoon of sea salt. Mix it and preserve it in a spray bottle. You can spray this water on your face from time to time for refreshing skin.

Now you know how amazing sea salt is. Wait no more, and try these DIY hacks for gorgeous skin.
