A lot of millennials don't prioritize getting a landed property not to talk of building a �.rather they put thier money into getting the latest phone, spending on girlfriend, setting up an exotic apartment ,partying etc.

Basically the underlisted reasons account for this attitude

They believe the future will fix itself.

They feel they can't afford those places they would have love to live in at the moment.

They believe they are still young, therefore they have the whole time at thier disposal.

They believe they are low income earners and they are worried that they don't have the financial capacity to do this just yet?

Contrariwise, it is sad to note that the future will not fix itself, it is the seed you sow today that will give you an harvest tomorrow.

Your first land should not be your only land.you can buy land as an Investment.

Real estate is the safest investment on earth and buying it doesn't have to do with age, but with common sense.

You can acquire land by paying for it installmentally.
