When people mistook this evil group to be ESN, the High Command of ESN ordered all its men to retreat to their camps so that it will be easier to identify Government Unknown Gunmen. Surprisingly it worked. In Imo State one was shot dead during an operation and was found to be a DSS Officer. The Government threatened the media not to report it. The few stubborn ones that reported it were forced to change the story to read “police mistakenly shoots a DSS officer in Imo State”.

I'm from Benue State and I completely support the push for retention of VAT by states who generate it, even though my state would technically be at a disadvantage.
