Nope.. it's Nimrod. That's a well known artifact. Nimrods influence was very strong in ancient Summer hence the depiction with wings as you'll find in many depictions of Summerian gods.

By the way, Ancient Summerians were black people. The Summerian civilization dominated the forest regions of West Africa and even up to the Sahara. Read the works of Prof Catherine Acholunu, she's done a lot of research on that.

Locations like Babylon, Israel, Mesopotamia, Summer etc have beem changed from their original locations in Africa and taken outside the continent.
