8thGear in partnership with the U.S African Development Foundation (USADF) and Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) aims to train 160 talents within the next 12 months on Information Technology and Business Support skills while also creating and getting them employable and ready for the world of work.

8thgear is working to equip these youths with industry relevant skills and going further to ensure that these talents are placed in paid internships at the end of the training program.

5. Safety in the workplace and environmental protection
6. Business financing and Profitability
7. Financial literacy and savings
8. Leadership skills
9. Planning and organizing work to meet expected outcomes
10. CV writing, LinkedIn optimisation, Interview preparation.


This training is available for Lagos Residents between the age of 18 and 35 years.

Applicants would be required to be available for the full duration of the training (10 weeks)
