Fully automated concrete blocks and bricks making machine with moulds and concrete mixer. This machine can automatically produce strongly vibrated concrete or sandcrete blocks or bricks of different shapes and sizes. It incorporates various innovative features:
- Changeable moulds for different shapes and sizes.
- Simultaneous action of both the hydraulic press and vibrator to produce extremely hard blocks or bricks.
- Powerful mixer to mix the sand, cement and water.
- Conveyor that moves the mixture into the mould and also one that moves the blocks away from the moulds
- Multiple blocks per batch - 4 blocks, 6 blocks, 8 blocks, up to 24 blocks per batch.
