I am I need of an apartment in any location that has good proximity to Dugbe, Ibadan.

Preference is a 2 bedroom apartment but a spacious room and parlour will suffice.

All tiled with rooms ensuite.

Source of water should be borehole.

Kitchen cabinets, and atleast a wardrobe in one of the rooms.

Budget: N300,000 rent max.
