Job Description

The Head of Operation will be responsible for the following, amongst others:

1. The building facility, security, plants, vehicles, and equipment of the hospital.
2. Liaison and Officer in charge of our statutory obligations as relates to various government agencies.
3. Administration of the Hospital

Job Title: Administrative Secretary
Location: Abuja

Job Description

The Administrative Secretary will be an executive staff and will be responsible for the following, amongst others:

• Acting as Secretary to the CEO.
• Officer in Charge of all correspondence, appointments, meetings, protocol, office management, office supplies, minutes of major meetings, appointments and other administrative jobs that may be delegated to same.

B) Qualification

• The candidate must be a University graduate with a good grade in English.
• Candidates must be residents in Abuja
• Lawyers, Office Administrators, Office Technologists, and other university graduates in similar disciplines with experience in Secretarial Administration are suitable candidates.
• The ideal candidate will be able to write essays and letters of varying lengths with no single error.
