By "perfect fit" you mean a Coach who will win all games which is impossible.

United needs a coach who will turn the players into a 'team'. Someone who understands the game of football and he's tactical. Bring the best out of players and discipline any player who wouldn't listen to instructions. know each player's strength and best positions and play to them. Make the players understand their roles in the team.

What Ole does is change or bench a player after the player had had a good game or bench him for a 'big boy' who just returned from injury. He should know the best positions each of the players can function optimally and play them there and only make changes when the position needs to be occupied as a result of injury.

Ole doesn't know any other formation than 4-2-3-1 which isn't working for him. The players don't know when to support, fall back and cover for each other. Bruno was doing that when he first came but he can't do it in every game and every year. The current players don't know what swapping or changing positions during a match is.
Simply put, this United don't have a leader on the pitch.

We keep celebrating 4th, 3rd and 2nd positions forgetting that Man. U should be winning at least, a trophy every season.
There are teams who's goal is just to remain in EPL and others, mid-table is good enough for them every year but United have gone beyond celebrating 2nd and third positions in the past four years now.
