it is just a normal airplane dumping fuel before landing.when a plane wants to land and the tarmac is busy,it flies very high into the skies and dumps a lot of fuel,so that the airplane becomes lighter....that line you is the the fuel’s evaporation.

Firstly, I'm not blind rather you are not smart enough to know that cloud dissipates. And in d case of op's picture it's a dissipating contrail cloud

Secondly, learn not to be abusive boss

That's contrail from a jet liner. @rerhji is right. It's basically condensation - "condensation trail"

2. Planes don't dump fuel before landing, but only in exceptional cases where the plane is too heavy to make a safe landing, typically when there is an emergency shortly after take off with max fuel loaded.
